Regulations of paying article processing charge (APC)
1. These regulations define the rules of payment of the Article Processing Charges (APC) for the manuscripts accepted for publication in journals published by Termedia sp. Z o.o.
2. The service Organizer is Termedia sp. z o.o., Kleeberga 2, 61-615 Poznań, REGON: 632423323, NIP: 7780116376, KRS: 0000172109
3. Before making payment through the on-line portal, the user accepts these Regulations and simultaneously agrees that the Organizer can process the users personal data for the purposes related to publication process and issuing the invoice. The author’s personal data will be kept confidential and not be used for other purposes.
4. On-line payment can be made by the user having account in the Editorial System accessible from the website of journal.
6. After completing payment, the user receives an email confirmation of the transaction to the address indicated in the account.
7. Accepted articles will not be published until payment has been received. Refunds of Article Processing Charges (APC) are not possible after article acceptation for publication.
8. The Organizer bears no responsibility if the user supplies false or misleading information, if the user cannot access the on-line payment portal as a result of using wrong browser, incorrect configuration of software or hardware.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw an accepted article if it turns out before or after publication that: - it infringes the copyrights of other entities;
- claims from other entities have been reported regarding irregularities in the preparation of the article;
- the authors' statements were made inconsistent with the facts.
If an article is withdrawn for the reasons above, Article Processing Charges (APC) will not be refunded.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations. The Organizer will inform about the change in the Regulations on the website of Archives of Medical Science (AMS) journal. In this case, changes in the Regulations come into force on the day of their publication on the website and do not have retroactive effect.
