ABSTRACT
Bovine aortic arch refers to the most common anatomic variant of the human aortic arch. Its name was derived from its angiographic pattern rather than from the resemblance with the aortic arch found in cattle. Its importance lies in the possibility of difficult access during the carotid stenting, thus expert approach should be reached.
